Frequently asked questions.

When should I arrive in Dubrovnik?

We would recommend arriving in Dubrovnik no later than Saturday, September 13th. This will give you a day to get settled in and explore before the Welcome Party on September 14th and Wedding on September 15th.

We are planning on being in Dubrovnik from September 10th-17th and are so excited to spend time with you all.

When should I RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can to help with our planning. However, the invite will specify the exact date.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our welcome party and wedding events as adult-only.

Where should I stay?

Please see travel & stay page for accommodation options and map of where events are taking place. If you plan on booking an Airbnb, we suggest you stay in Old Town or near MOMA (reception). We also recommend mapping out walking directions as the elevation and stairs can be decieving.

Is there a dress code for the events?

Welcome Party: Yes! Please dress in all-white. We’re embracing a breezy, Mediterranean vibe. Off-whites and linens are welcome.

Wedding Day: YES! Dress to impress! We ask all guests to be in formal attire, black tie optional. “Medieval Modern” is the vibe. We encourage deep, rich, colors (think jewel tones, dark neutrals, or moody hues - please avoid bright or summer colors). Women should be in floor length dresses, and men in suits or tuxedos. No jeans or short dresses please!

Please see attire site for inspiration

Will the events be outdoors?

Yes, the welcome event and wedding reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. The weather in Dubrovnik in September is typically between 65 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit, so please plan accordingly.
